3.2 You consent to the use, storage, or processing of your personal information by R2 International (or any third party R2 International uses for carrying out credit checks) for the purposes of carrying out any credit checks in the event that you enter into any financial transaction with R2 International.

4. Data Protection Indemnity

We seek to limit our employees' access to your information about you to those employees who need to have such information to service your account. We emphasise to our employees the confidential nature of user information and the high level of importance that R2 International places on maintaining this confidentiality.

In this privacy policy, "R2 International Affiliates" shall mean any subsidiary or holding company of R2 International Ltd, or a subsidiary of R2 International, all as defined by Section 736 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended by the Companies Act 1989, and shall include: R2 International Ltd;"R2 International Affiliate" shall mean one of the R2 International Affiliates, as applicable.
